All delivery fees are included in the final shopping cart and are calculated based on the goods chosen for purchase. This fee is based on delivery to the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, which will incur extra shipping costs.

Please be aware that orders submitted after 12 noon on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. When placing your order, please bear in mind that our estimated delivery times are based on a 5-day working week.
We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, but we cannot guarantee availability or delivery dates. If there are changes to your delivery date we will contact you to you by email or telephone. We retain the right to impose a failed delivery fee if we are unable to make a delivery due to a lack of access.
Customers should make us aware of any remote areas and load/access restrictions that may prevent delivery. if this is the case we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
All of our shipping fees assume that the customer will be present to receive the delivery between 8 am to 6 pm. Most deliveries are made using lorries with tail-lift and pallet truck, the goods will be unloaded to kerbside with solid level ground to nearest customers property (normally concrete, tarmac or similar solid paving); if access permits, to a safe place within a project site.
